This book makes all the more convenience than jotting down in your notes during podcast. I read them after listening to the podcasts.
I have been using the companion books for Bible in Year since about week 2. It is so helpful to read before I listen. I’m on companion book IiI now. It helps me understand better what I’m ready and a great reference to the comments from Father Schmitz. Each day also has Fathers prayer for the day. I love the Dive Deeper paragraph for each day. They are thought provoking as well. No question. These companion books are so worth it!
I did the BIAY 2 years ago, creating my own journal/notes along the way. These companion pieces make BIAY even better! I also love the added notes on something of interest in page 2 of each day. There is also plenty of space to add my own thoughts each day.
167 days ago I received the news that my husband had prostate cancer. I was taken by surprise and ask God to be with us and guide me, I needed to stay strong for him for us. It hasn’t been an easy journey. But GOD has provide amazing people, listening to Father Mike everyday has help me focus on what’s important today.
