Connect with people.

Start with yourself! You might just be craving some alone time to rest, recuperate, or just THINK. Also, connecting with your kids, husband, friends, and other family members can help you de-stress and remember what you are celebrating in the first place.

Re-evaluate your work.

How are you spending your days? What are you so busy doing? What is making you feel perpetually exhausted? There are probably some items on that list that you can delegate to others, hire out, or ask for help with. Also, there might be tasks you can let go of or some compromises you can make for a set period of time. Don’t hold onto extra work or refuse to ask for the help you need out of pride.

Reset your priorities.

When you are feeling burned out, you need to get back to basics. You need good food, rest, exercise, and time for prayer. Start out by making time for these essentials and the other priorities will fall into place.
