Last year I participated and completed the Bible in a Year. It was so rewarding on so many levels but I wish I had this type of companion piece to help focus my attention. I ended up writing 200+ pages of notes and in the midst of my furious scribblings I would miss something! The companion volume to the Catechism allows me to focus on the essentials in the daily readings. I'm still taking notes (old habits are hard to break) but I can add them to the content in the companion volume. The Dive Deeper reflections and corresponding artwork are lovely. I also appreciate the thoughtful and insightful prayers by Fr. Mike's which accompany each day's focus.
