Ministry in any situation is hard. Being a witness of Christ to someone in need is a risky business, and leaves room for lots of persecution. However, every ministering opportunity is accompanied by the chance for a real encounter with Christ, and that’s why we do it. It’s not always perfect and doesn’t always work, but being a witness of God’s love for humanity is worth all the possibilities we have of failure.
