The Rosary in a Year Prayer Guide

I think this prayer guide works better independently from the podcast or as a supplement to pray with before or after listening, since, as other reviewers have mentioned, the reflections published do not match Father’s commentary (which I would love to have transcribed in the book, as well). I’ve relied on the prayer guide more heavily during the Visio divina segments, and my only complaint is that the colors in the book are somewhat dull and dark, and so the details of some paintings are lost, and I have to look them up online to see them with more brightness and clarity. Phases 5 & 6 in the book don’t offer much content. All that said, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the podcast, and the content the book offers is helpful.

I’m so glad I took the opportunity to listen this beautiful work. I wondered how can one fill a whole year with the rosary, but Father Mark-Mark has created a beautiful journey for us, full of small treasures and awesome vistas into the teaching of our beauties prayer, the rosary. Thank you.

Life changing with the rosary

I am really enjoying this Rosary in a Year Prayer Guide. I find it very helpful to have it listed out what will be covered each day.

I also really like that the text that are going to be covered (be in Sacred Scripture or a reading from a Saint) are reproduced because I like to both hear AND read the passage.

The only thing that would make this better is if there was a space where I could record my thoughts and reflections. I know that Ascension also has a Notebook that goes along with Rosary in a Year--and I have that too--but it would have been amazing if they could have been combined.

Thank you Father Mark-Mary and Ascension for giving us a new approach of the Most Holy Rosary. It has improved my relationship with Jesus and Mary.
