About the Program

The Prophets: Messengers of God’s Mercy is a ten-session study that explores the powerful role the prophets played in calling God’s people back to their covenant with him.

Throughout Israel’s history, God raised up prophets at critical moments to speak his word to his people. The prophets warned of the consequences of sin, called the people to repentance, and proclaimed God’s faithful love and mercy. They spoke about the future in order to shed light on present events and reveal God’s plan for his people.

Guided by Thomas Smith, this study helps you understand who the prophets were, the message they proclaimed, and how their words continue to call us into a deeper relationship with God today.
