The Starter Pack provides everything that a leader will need to begin to use the program:

  • The 2-DVD Set (five sessions, approximately 25-30 minutes each) features some of the top Catholic youth presenters in the Church today, including Fr. Josh Johnson, Mari Pablo, Chika Anyanwu, Chris Stefanick, Bob Lesnefsky, Paul J. Kim, Taylor Tripodi, and Richara Krajewski. 
  • The Student Workbook provides your students with additional material to help supplement and reinforce the lessons presented in the Connected video segments. Students will receive prayers, conversation prompts, saint stories, more thorough explanations of the topic, reflection questions, practical takeaways, and more.
  • The Leader’s Guide gives your catechists and group leaders everything they need to share the Connected program with your teens. The entire content of the Student Workbook is included in the Leader’s Guide, as well as a program overview, key concepts, classroom activities, service projects, scheduling and planning resources, leader’s notes, session overviews, memory verses, lesson objectives, and more.

Great Resource

Connected is another great resource for our teens, As I reviewed it, I realize that we must have it in our Confirmation Program. It is what our teens need in today's world that has so many voices calling in so many directions. They need to realize that the church is always at the lead in social justice, and all of us are called to make a difference.

Our religious education program is using several of the programs from Ascension for our classes. I recently started this program for our middle school students and it has been great. The videos are very well done and the content is very relevant for their age group. It’s been a wonderful addition to our program.

Super Curriculum!

Our High School Youth Group has really liked the videos and content of "Connected" and we see the students taking action in their lives to be good stewards and to invite in other kids to our church. We now have 19 in the group!
The Catholic Social Teachings are a great way to pass on our Catholic Faith and help other people at the same time. Families are pleased with the contemporary format and our extension into social media in a positive way with our youth group Instagram account that focuses on service in the community, lives of the saints, photos from episodes of The Chosen, prayers and positive affirmations.
Thank you for this great program! I hope more schools and churches use it.
