We live in a broken and hurting world. Teens today see division, anxiety, and tension all around them. Connected: Catholic Social Teaching for This Generation brings Christ’s healing message to a world that sorely needs it through the topics that are most important to teens right now.

Connected offers a unique presentation that blends glimpses of Catholic organizations at work in the world today, with accessible and attractive explanations of Church teaching, as well as engaging stories of the saints. This combination cuts through the noise to touch the hearts and enlighten the minds of your teens.

Sessions are divided into 3 segments

Segment 1:
The Church in Action

Experience the inspiring stories of the people and organizations working tirelessly around the world to bring these teachings to life.

Segment 2:
The Heart of the Teaching

Hear from experienced presenters who explain Catholic social teaching in simple, easy-to-understand language.

Segment 3:
The Saint Profile

See how the lives of specific saints are examples of these teachings being lived out fully, and how their heroic witness can inspire us today.

Components of this Study Program

  • The DVD Set provides five lessons (approximately 25 minutes each) featuring some of the top youth presenters in the country including Fr. Josh Johnson, Mari Pablo, Chika Anyanwu, Chris Stefanick, Paul J. Kim, Bob Lesnefsky, Taylor Tripodi, and Richara Krajewski.
  • The Student Workbook includes prayers, conversation prompts, topic dive-ins, activity guides, saint stories and sidebars, reflection questions, food for thoughts, and calls to action to live out the teachings they’ll learn in the program. Each workbook comes with Online Course Access as well, so students have access to their materials no matter where they are.
  • The Leader’s Guide includes the entire content of the Student Workbook plus a program overview, scheduling and planning resources, leader’s notes, session overviews and objectives.
  • The Online Course provides students with access to the Connected program with online videos and a digital workbook, as well as quizzes, reflection questions, and more.
