A notebook. That is all it is. A bunch of blank, lined pages that are spiral bound. It's not a study guide. Just blank pages. Buy a spiral bound blank notebook at the Dollar Store and you will have the same thing and save a bunch of money.
Each day I look at a blank page and wonder what I am going to write down. I am always amazed that after listening to the podcast, most pages are full of great insight and learnings. At the end of the year I am going to have an amazing documentation of my journey and will provide for future thoughts in the years to come. So glad I purchased this notebook!
While I am blessed that this notebook is available and made specifically for CIY, it is too pricey. I would have expected a little more for the price. Nonetheless, love the spiral aspect of it and the fact that an entire page is dedicated to each day.
I love this notebook I was shocked to see that some did not like it. The best thing about it that it is ONE book. I do not know of any blank books that have this many pages. The Ascension notebook provides one page per day. Some days you need to write very small. It compliments the study nicely and is a handy aid. I am very glad I purchased both products. It seems that Ascension has thought of everything once again. Great job.
