New technology and social networking tools certainly help us stay connected, and, in many ways simplify our lives. But if not approached with proper balance and discernment, they can quickly usurp valuable time by becoming a source of distraction and diversion.

This pamphlet applauds the positive aspects of technological advancements, but asks an important question: With each new gadget, app, or toy we add to our already busy lives, how can these new realities assist, not hinder, our quest to connect with others and with God?
