Even more helpful in helping me prepare myself to spend time with Jesus during adoration. This book has scripture, suggestions and prayers. I highly recommend this book.

I just received this book last week. I bring it with me when I go to Adoration. I love it soo much. Bringing me closer to Jesus.
Jesus is my Rock and I can speak to him always. My conversation with Him is so very special to me. 🙏🙏

Thank you for a great Book of Adoration

I’ve had this for several years now, and it’s helped me to focus my thoughts during adoration. In particular, there is a reflection on Jesus’ words “I Thirst” that have really gripped my heart. It’s Jesus speaking directly to the reader explaining his love for them (because we all need to be reminded, don’t we!). If for no other reason, I would tell anyone to buy the book for this reflection.

Received my copy . The book was poorly bound. The leatherette cover was on backwards and upside down How do I get a replacement that is bound correctly

This is an excellent Adoration companion, especially if you are looking for some guidance in keeping your mind focused on the purpose of Adoration.

I found the negative reviews so sad because they totally miss the mark of what this book's purpose is and are just focusing on human negativity. First of all, don't buy it if you think it's too expensive; secondly, it's not a catechism resource - it is for those who want to focus on Adoration of our Lord. Finally, everyone who says it should be "better," go create something better!

This is a beautiful book and one that has definitely deepened my spiritual experience as a committed adorer at our parish’s Adoration Chapel. I especially love the I Thirst reflection in the Appendix which is so moving and fills my heart so much with love for Jesus Christ. Thank you Father Josh so much for this treasure.

It may be pocket size but the information is gigantic. It is the best book on the subject that I have ever read. Totally love it!

Beautiful little book! Fits in my bag really easily. Honestly I would support anything that promotes adoration since it is a beautiful practice. I haven't finished reading this book just yet but the feedback I would give is that I had bought it thinking that there would be a separate section for the prayers commonly said during adoration. In future copies of this book I would strongly recommend including the latin versions of O Salutaris Hostia, Tantum Ergo, the end prayer for the Divine Praises, Salve Regina and Holy God we Praise Thy Name, since these are all commonly prayed during adoration (and I had bought this hoping to follow along so I wouldn't forget the words). Otherwise, for anyone wishing to spend time with the Lord and to deepen their faith, adoration is one of the most wonderful ways to do so, And if this little book helps you to get there, would strongly recommend it. (4 stars for the above reason, although there is space at the end of the book to handwrite them).

The Pocket Guide to Adoration is a beautiful book. The content is written in a way that is easy to understand and brings you much closer to God. It will be with me every time I go to Adoration.

I have bought several books on adoration, trying to find one that truly brought me into the Lord's presence. None of them hit the mark until I found my needs answered in Fr. Josh's Pocket Guide to Adoration. All of the meditations and prayers are so profound and uplifting, all at the same time. Thank you!

I had been looking for something that gave me information, food for thought and something that encouraged me to go deeper. Your little book leads me to do just that! In just a few pages it provides a lesson, gets me thinking and leads me to continue further in that topic.
I like that it's not dated and has a ribbon so I don't repeat a lesson too soon, unless I want to ...

Lovely devotional- I bought 3 and gave 2 away-may order more. Leather cover, ribbon bookmark, imprimatur, all the right ingredients! Excellent explanation of Lectio Divina- prayerful reading of Scripture and a well thought out book that you can read in order or jump around. Sure to keep me busy in Adoration. Well done Father!

This is such a beautiful and holy book. It has everything that you need while spending time with the Lord in Adoration!

I have always loved spending time with our Lord in the blessed sacrament. The adoration in my parish every first Friday is from 9:30 - 11:30 am. I have been taking this book for the past 3 months and each time, it has been a wonderful spiritual experience. It helps reduce distractions and concentrate on thoughts of our Lord. It is a wonderful book that makes us want to spend more time with our Lord.

I am what you might call a "revert." In my late 50s, I just returned to Catholiscm after being away for over 40 years. Before I left, I didn't have a solid foundation in the faith. I didn't find this book to be as helpful as I expected. I needed something more step-by-step. I enjoyed reading Father Josh's personal story, and about the Eucharistic miracles, and I am especially grateful for the Litany of Trust on the back pages. But I would only recommend this book to people who are more knowledgeable about Christ, the saints and the Bible.

I recently purchased this book as I participate in a weekly hour of adoration at my church. I often find it difficult to stay focused during adoration, and I have found this little book to be very helpful in that regard. I think that many will find this useful.

Cost way too much if I was buying more than 10 for my parish. $24.95 each is too much.

This pocket guide has helped me spend quality time with the Lord in Adoration. I wish there was a less expensive version to give out to friends.

I like the book, but is a little too big for a pocket, larger than a phone, I hope your second batch is a little smaller

I gave this book only 2 stars, not because it was not a wonderful book, but because it is so outrageously expensive. It is a small book easy to carry and the leather is very nice, but it is what is inside that is important. If you could make it a paperback and much less expensive so all Adorers could afford it, or the church could afford to supply them for their adorers, I think it would be worth purchasing. At the present price it is to expensive for everyone.
