Author

Dr. Christopher West is the president of the Theology of the Body Institute (TOBI) and a professor of theological anthropology in the jointly sponsored Master’s program that the TOBI shares with Pontifex University. Dr. West is the author of multiple best-selling books as well as numerous video and audio programs. These books and programs, along with his global lecturing and popular podcast Ask Christopher West, hosted by his wife, Wendy, have made him one of the world’s most recognized teachers of Pope St. John Paul II’s Theology of the Body. His work has been featured in The New York Times, ABC News, Fox News, MSNBC, and in countless Catholic and evangelical media outlets.

Dr. West and Wendy live near Philadelphia with their children.

Author

Dr. Gregory Popcak is a pastoral counselor, author, speaker, and the founder and executive director of the Pastoral Solutions Institute. His work integrates Catholic theology and counseling psychology to help individuals, couples, and families build stronger, healthier relationships rooted in faith.

Greg is the author of numerous books and programs on marriage, parenting, and family life. Together with his wife, Lisa, he hosts More2Life Radio on EWTN, where they offer practical, faith-filled advice to listeners around the world. Greg and Lisa live in Steubenville, Ohio, and are the parents of three children.

Tom McCabe

Author

Tom is co-author of Life Skills for Couples, an insightful, virtue-based life skills program for engaged couples, and author of the Marriage Action Plan (MAP), a concrete plan for growing in love. Tom has helped prepare more than 3,500 engaged couples for marriage through workshops, retreats, and mentoring.

Rosemary McCabe

Author

Rosemary McCabe is a Catholic author and marriage ministry contributor who, together with her husband, Tom McCabe, helped develop Ascension’s Joy-Filled Marriage program. Her work helps engaged couples build strong, faith-filled marriages through practical relationship skills and the Catholic understanding of the sacrament of Matrimony.

The class was inspiring and hearing how the other couples met and hearing their stories some we could relate and some were learning and helpful. Thank you.

Good Course

I thought it was a good course, and it helps creates fruitful, although sometimes difficult conversations. We also liked that we were able to go through it at our own pace online. One piece of feedback we both thought was odd was how 5/6 couples had met each other while they were in other relationships. I understand you can’t help how/when you meet the right person. We just thought it was interesting how often this was the case and how casual they discussed that detail. It just felt a little off given the fact that’s its course on marriage.

Marriage Preparation Course/Zoom Interactive Session

My fiancé and I enjoyed this course and the zoom interaction session with other engaged couples. Each section of the course was broken down for you and was easy to understand. I also enjoyed hearing everyone’s stories. Also, with our work schedules doing this online and at our own pace made it super easy to manage. I would definitely recommend this course!

Marriage Preparation

We have been doing Marriage Preparation for 20+ years. Have used other programs but this program has been the most comprehensive than the others. We incorporated the life skills program and it has been very engaging. We believe for our personalities the program has been the best.
