To understand history geography is needed. This book of maps enhances real leaning and understand of the areas. Great valuable for school and religious education. Great for adults also.
Maps give placement to a mind and then allow expansions in understandings. This Biblical Atlas it great and will be used in primary along with 4-6th grades in A Catholic school. This is a superb book.!
I bought this a gift for my 14 year old son. He loves it! That should say it all:) The information is presented in an interesting and accessible way.
Unless you are an ancient history scholar or biblical historian, it's incomprehensible for anyone to recall all the middle eastern names, territorial changes, travel routes, topography and names of key cities from Noah and the "Great Flood" up to the modern era. I find the Deluxe Bible Maps acting as an excellent chronological expose' highlighting the majority of political and geographical transitions of Egypt, the Mediterranean and the "Ancient Middle East" (Asia Minor). If you enjoy cartography and/or are visual learners, this a wonderful historical "helpmate".
This has so much information and in a form that is easy for me to reference. I keep it handy as I’m reading thru the Bible to visualize where certain events took place and makes it more relatable to our current world.
