This week on Be My Witnesses, Bishop Earl Boyea of Lansing is challenging each of us to honor the Lord's Day. We Christians believe that Sunday, the day of Christ’s Resurrection, has replaced the Sabbath of the Old Testament. Thus, it should be a day of prayer, Sunday Mass, and a day of rest. This may actually mean “sleep” for very busy people, suggests Bishop Boyea, but it should mean that we engage in more interaction with our family in, of course, in a restful or regenerative way. Watch to find out more.
