Jeff Cavins is recognized both nationally and internationally as one of the most effective and engaging speakers in the Church today. Ok Book

This book was ok very wordy at times. I did not enjoy the writing style, at times it seemed to go on and on. Based on this book I probably would not buy another book by this author.

The Activated Disciple Gives Direction and Inspiration

I have been on the path of discipleship in earnest since a retreat in 2015: Becoming an Intentional Disciple.The retreat turned my heart on fire.
But this book has given me some of the best tools to activating my discipleship. I especially loved the way Mr. Cavins gets you into evaluating where you are. Am I a fan or a follower? This is my question to myself each day for every interaction. Although much of what I am living was affirmed by reading this book; I am ready to take it to the next level! Anyone who wants to move forward needs to read this book!

Activated Disciple

Cavins is one of the best catholic(christian) teachers I have experienced. His study program Great Adventure was marvelous. This book is good, I have only read it once, but it will be used as a reference for me.

Great Book

Jeff Cavins is an incredibly knowledgeable person that I learn so much from. The Activated Disciple is an easy read and contains concrete simple steps of how to become a better follower of Jesus and how to also evangelize and brings others close to Jesus. So pleased with this book. I am active in the Cursillo movement, and this book follows all the directives in Cursillo - “Make a friend, be a friend, bring that friend to Christ”. I also work with RCIA. So much valuable information and methods to help our seekers. Not to mention I ordered “When You Suffer”, Jeff’s newest book! Haven’t had a chance to read it yet, but looking forward to it! Jeff’s on it! Thanks, Jeff!
