How to Let the Eucharist Shape Your Life
Share
The Eucharist reminds us that God doesn’t just want to be with us; he wants to dwell within us. Sr. Mary Grace, Sr. Ann Immaculée, and Sr. Marie Veritas begin this new season on the Eucharist by reflecting on the great gift of the Eucharist and its power to give meaning and purpose to every aspect of our lives. The Sisters conclude the episode by inviting us to allow Jesus to shape our lives by seeking him in his loving Eucharistic presence.

Challenges of the Week
- In prayer, ask Jesus the following question: What am I not bringing to Mass? Think about any weight, worry, or burden that you are carrying on your own. The next time you go to Mass, bring one thing to Jesus that you haven’t brought to him before.
- Pray with the Gospel passage: The Walk to Emmaus (Luke 24:13-35). Imagine yourself in the scene and let Jesus encounter you.
- Take 5 minutes to stop at a church or a chapel near you and spend some time with Jesus.
