Unshakeable

I love this book. It makes me see things from angles I have missed before. I hope you will consider making a journal or notebook version.

I read through the book immediately on arrival three weeks ago. Now I am reading it over. There are so many things to consider, ponder, pray over and absorb. So many insights into things I knew from past teaching, reading, spiritual counseling about many of the tenets. Now there is a new light, inspiration, and more into how I approach/have approached my faith and actions in my life so far. The last chapter was very meaningful for me.

Father Mike is a great speaker & writer. I am following him with the Bible in one year, as well as the Catholic Catechism in one year. His enthusiasm is great. I've only read a bit of Unshakeable: Building a life of Hope... but I am excited to keep going as his enthusiasm overflows into his writing.
Thank you Ascension & Father Mike for helping to grow my faith. My prayers are with you

This book is amazing. I am not a self help book follower but this one is helping me in so many ways. It really brings to light the life we should be striving to live. It is helping me make some good decisions Thank you Father Mike

Spiritual direction in an easy to read book. By easy to read I mean clear, but it is very deep. I suggest reading a chapter and then sitting with it for a week while the Holy Spirit goes to work on you! Thank you, Father Mike!

Fr. Schmitz has written a very good book about living a virtuous life in a chaotic world. He gives examples of people who are excellent examples to follow.
I haven’t finished the book but I am happy to jump back into it.

Book was very well written and easy to read. I enjoy the format of the book. Too often virtues are not discussed, and this was a great reminder of the importance of having solid virtues..

Fr. Mike never disappoints. His examples through his own life are perfect for getting his message across.

Just starting this book but it has all the bells and whistles of a good hearty read. Gives you identifiable message to keep calm but to carry onward. When fighting out your ways to combat the devil, there is hope for us to get the author (Fr. Mike Schmitts) story or way of handling your life by his or Jesus' way forward.

Just finished reading this book. It is so full of Fr. Mike’s love for God.. His words are so inspiring and full of advice on how we can become closer to God.and how we can overcome our weaknesses.
His love for his family also shows through. Thank you Fr. Mike for all you do.

Father Mike has a very special way of discerning the Word from our Lord. This publication is a great representation of what having Faith is all about. Not impressed for the price

Love, love, love this book. I hope to be able to follow Father Mike's guidelines to becoming a better person. His stories are so relatable and I plan to recommend this book to our First Saturday Book Cub at church. Five Stars all the way!

I absolutely love this type of book. How do we build an unshakeable foundation to find strength when we need it. Father Mike relates that answer through story and character traits that we can all develop ... and grow stronger in our faith. As I was reading, I was thinking of at least 10 other people who would love a copy ... and I will get one for each of them for sure. :)

Father Mike always hits a home run when it comes to his books!! This on knocks it out of the ballpark!! Simple, easy, and comprehensible it gives clear insight into living a life of virtue. Five stars are not enough!!
