This is so valuable not only to the classes that are doing the timeline but for the entire parish to see. I had one at my previous parish and couldn't wait for it to come back in stock so I could put one up at my new parish. It will be used by all levels of our religious education program (little's to adults). Every parish that is pursuing serious scripture study should have this.

Reaching two age groups

Middle School catechist for Spanish-speaking children getting ready for First Communion asked me to get a timeline to better explain the bible story(ies). We received two timelines and the one with the cartoon illustrations certainly helped her explain the stories she was teaching the kids. The one with fewer illustrations appeals to the older, confirmation-age youth.

Please Restock These Wall Charts!

I purchased one of the wall charts for my Religious Ed classroom about a year ago. It is huge! And very impressive! And made of high quality material. We refer to it all the time. Our adult faith formation ministry has several groups that studied through the Great Adventure Unlocking the Mysteries series and then proceeded on to study through the expanded version Bible Timeline series. I want to purchase another wall chart for our conference room and now I see they are sold out. Please make more!! This series is invaluable to explaining Scripture and how to read the Bible from the mind of the Church. Thank you, Ascension Press, for making it available to us!

Bible Timeline Chart

I am very satisfied with this chart, so much so, that I was hoping to ask someone if I could enlarge it. Going through the website today, I noticed they have a wall chart! I will be saving for this size. My plan is to post it above my home desk area and have it in view as I read my Bible. The large size makes it easier to see and find what I am looking for.
