The Truth About Love, Freedom, and Relationships

The Freedom to Love Workbook is ideal for groups who plan to meet together to watch the videos and engage in the group discussions. It offers questions, reflections, and applications for each study session.

About the Program

Freedom to Love is a five-part study for young adults that presents a convincing and refreshing road map to living a life of authentic freedom.

Designed especially for young adults on college campuses and in parish young adult ministries, this study explores how the truth of God’s plan can shape the way we see ourselves, love, and our relationships with others. It presents a compelling vision of freedom rooted in truth and authentic love.

Guided by Dr. Christopher West, this study will help you discover a new way of seeing yourself, love, and relationships, and invite you to live with greater freedom and purpose.
