About Fr. Mike Schmitz:
While serving as a missionary in Central America with the Society of Our Lady of the Most Holy Trinity, Fr. Mike Schmitz discerned a vocation to the diocesan priesthood. He was ordained a priest for the Diocese of Duluth in 2003. A regular and in-demand speaker, Fr. Mike is the chaplain for Newman Catholic Campus Ministry at the University of Minnesota–Duluth and director of the Office of Youth Ministry for the Diocese of Duluth. Fr. Mike appears in the Ascension programs Chosen: Your Journey Toward Confirmation and Altaration: The Mystery of the Mass Revealed. Fr. Mike publishes weekly video content at AscensionPresents.com.
