To set up your reseller account, we'll need some information from you.
See the list below of what we'll need to get your account set up. Then, email us at email@example.com or call us at 1-800-376-0520 and we'll create an account for you.
1. Store / business name, address, and phone number
2. Business email address (for ordering and billing purposes)
3. Contacts who are authorized to purchase for your business – Name, Email address, Phone number
4. Tax Exempt Certificate, if applicable (PDF format preferred)
5. Reseller license (PDF format preferred)
6. Credit application (US resellers)
7. Valid credit card information
