Father Mark-Mary shares the story of a young man who was paralyzed from the waist down by a gunshot wound. The young man said before he was shot he didn't know Jesus, but through his therapy and consistent visits from the Franciscan Friars of the Renewal, his spiritual life improved drastically. At one point he told Father Mark-Mary that it's better to not be able to use his legs and walk with Jesus than to have use of his legs and walk alone.
