Why Slowing Down Matters

Why Slowing Down Matters

Ascension Team

It's easy to feel burnt out in today's hectic pace of life. Sr. Mary Grace,   Sr. Ann Immaculée, and Sr. Marie Veritas focus on the value of slowing down and reorienting our identity from "doing" to "being." The Sisters explain how slowing down and resting can help us be receptive to God's love and find peace in our daily lives.

You are more than what you do.

Thank you. This is such an important lesson. I will share it with everyone I can. I wish I knew it- or more honestly, listened to him earlier.

Thank you so much. I feel if I don’t do several things in a day I’m not worth anything. I always feel the need to push harder and do more. I am wrong!!
