Bible Quotes
“Rejoice in your hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer”(Rom 12:12).
“But if we hope for what we do not see, we wait for it with patience”
(Rom 8:25).
“Be patient, therefore, brethren, until the coming of the Lord. Behold, the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth, being patient over it until it receives the early and the late rain. You also be patient. Establish your hearts, for the coming of the Lord is at hand. Do not grumble, brethren, against one another, that you may not be judged; behold, the Judge is standing at the doors. As an example of suffering and patience, brethren, take the prophets who spoke in the name of the Lord. Behold,
we call those happy who were steadfast.” (James 5:7-11).
“With all lowliness and meekness, with patience, forbearing one
another in love, eager to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of
peace” (Ephesians 4:2-3).
“Be still before the LORD, and wait patiently for him; fret not yourself
over him who prospers in his way, over the man who carries out evil
devices!” (Psalm 37:7).
“Love is patient” (1 Corinthians 13:4).
“But they who wait for the LORD shall renew their strength, they shall
mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they
shall walk and not faint” (Isaiah 40:31).
