An Examen Prayer for 2022

As we draw near to the end of this year, Jeff guides us through a practical examen prayer to help us reflect on the blessings we've received this past year and identify the areas of growth for the new year.

Preparation for the Examen

Step 1: Thanksgiving or Gratitude

Step 2: Simple Petition

Step 3: Reviewing the past

Step 4: Repenting in the present and asking for forgiveness

Step Five: Renewal and looking to the future

Isolate & Perfect the following key aspects of our faith:

1. Prayer
2. Bible Reading/Study
3. Sacraments
4. Evangelization– Try to bring one person into the Church in 2023.
5. Think about your vocation, what needs to change?
