Advent/ Christmas Series EP6: Learning to Listen in a Noisy World
Ascension TeamHow do we learn to listen—especially when life is loud, busy, or hard? In this final episode of the season, Sr. Mary Grace, Sr. Magnficat Rose, and Sr. Cora Caeli unpack why listening isn’t just a skill to master, but a way of life rooted in communion. They encourage us to stay attentive to God’s voice so we don't miss the miracles in front of us.

Challenges
- Pay attention to where God shows up throughout your day, and take time to jot down those moments—both big and small.
- Remember this truth: God desires to speak with you. Listening is our response to a God who is already initiating a conversation with your heart.
- As you listen, allow your heart to widen in deeper self-awareness. Notice what happens within you when listening feels difficult—do you try to take control, overcompensate, or disengage? Even in those moments, remember that you can always choose to return your focus to communion with God.
