About the Program

Epic: The Early Church is a ten-session study that explores the people, places, and events that shaped the Church’s first five hundred years. Alongside this study, Epic: A Journey Through Church History examines the full two thousand year history of the Catholic Church.

During this remarkable period, courageous saints, brilliant theologians, and heroic martyrs helped shape the early Church while facing persecution and opposition. This study highlights key events such as the Roman persecutions, the first ecumenical councils, and the challenges faced by the Church Fathers as they defended the Faith.

Throughout each session of this study, you will gain a deeper understanding of the Church’s beginnings and be inspired by the faith of the early Christians.
