About the Program

Wisdom: God’s Vision for Life is an eight-session study that explores the wisdom found in Scripture and how it guides us in living well.

Drawing from the wisdom literature of the Bible, including Proverbs, Wisdom, Sirach, and Ecclesiastes, this study shows how God’s wisdom speaks to the challenges of everyday life. Jeff Cavins and Thomas Smith examine how Scripture provides guidance for relationships, decision making, finances, and the search for true happiness and peace.

In each session of this study, you will learn how to seek, gain, and grow in wisdom, discovering how God’s vision for life leads to deeper peace and lasting joy.

Jeff Cavins

Jeff Cavins is recognized both nationally and internationally as one of the most effective and engaging speakers in the Church today. Few can communicate their love for Jesus Christ with as much zeal, clarity, and enthusiasm as Jeff Cavins. In addition to his outstanding presentations related to Catholic Bible study, Jeff is available to speak on a variety of other faith-formation topics.

After twelve years as a Protestant pastor, Jeff returned to the Catholic Church under the guidance of Bishop Paul Dudley. Thomas is co-author with Jeff Cavins of Revelation: The Kingdom Yet to Come Bible Study. He speaks, offers parish missions, and teaches online at gen215.org and at Catholic events around the country.
