Awesome. Knowing the background, biblical origins of what we do in mass makes one look forward to mass. Such passion of Dr Sri, makes you realize the joy of celebrating the eucharist.
What a beautiful way to Look at the mass. Its an Invitation .
God, Abba, Dad wants to Speak to Us and visit. He sets a Table for us to join Him.
Really enjoyed this course. Made me both appreciate the mass even more AND view things in an entirely different light. My wife and I are more conscious than ever of every aspect of mass thanks to the lessons offered here.
This is the most powerful lessons that I have ever viewed and I have done many over the years. I truly believe that if every Catholic had an opportunity to view this, along with reading the book, it would change them, the Church and create true evangelists. I used these videos and book with my Bible Study group and everyone of the participants said it has changed how they attend Mass. Powerful!
This was one of the best courses I have done. Learned a lot from the biblical roots and how ai can get so much more out of the mass. Draws you into it so much. Edward Sri did a fantastic job presenting this and so much joy and enthusiasm. So easy to listen to and understand all. Loved being able to do it online.
So much background information from the Old Testament to help us better understand the entire Mass.
I lead this study in my parish for a group of women. We really enjoyed the context, the though provoking questions and Mr. Sri's videos. He has so much energy when he writes and speaks. We learned so much as a group and appreciate going to mass even more.
Great course for a parish
Helped me understand and get more out of Mass
This series is the essential basis for all Catholics to understand the prayer of the Mass. From the biblical foundations Dr. Sri explains the beauty of the Mass and the divine worship God has intended for all of his children. We use this for our OCIA group each year and I learn something new each year. My attention to Mass has certainly changed! I now join in with the communion of saints to honor our Lord and Savior!
As a non-denominational Christian freshly exploring the Faith, I find this study essential in understanding Mass and its foundation in scripture. Engaging and relatable, this program is an exceptional resource for which I am most grateful. This has become a major component in my decision to “convert” and “come home” to the method of worship I believe I am called to offer. Thank you and God bless Ascension Press for a truly Biblical Walk thru the Mass.
I am disappointed that I will have to pay to watch the video at home. I have to miss a few sessions at my Parrish and was wanted to keep up by doing it at home.
