That’s how Fr. Josh Johnson closes every episode of The Bible in a Year: Family Edition, the new daily video podcast from the team behind The Bible in a Year (with Fr. Mike Schmitz), launching January 1, 2027.

Scripture takes root when it’s encountered daily, as one continuous story. Handed out after Mass, the Parish Weekly carries each week’s part of that story home, into the car, onto the fridge, and around the dinner table, so the Bible becomes their story.

Each double-sided, full-color Weekly includes:

• Everything at a glance: a podcast QR code, that week’s reading plan, Bible highlights, and an intro to the story

• A family memory verse from that week’s reading

• A family car conversation for the drive home from Mass

• A family challenge the whole household can do together

Designed for kids ages 7–12 (younger children can join in with a parent’s help), it encourages true family catechesis by engaging the whole household, parents included.

Ordering Details

• What’s in a pack: 50 Weeklies for each week of your order. Order 2 packs for 100 per week, and so on.

• Monthly: Order one month at a time. This is not a subscription, so future months won’t ship automatically. Order by the 10th of the previous month (e.g., order for March by February 10).

• Pre-pay for the Year: All 12 months at 10% off, shipped monthly. Shipping for all 12 months is charged up front. Order by the 10th of the previous month. No reordering needed; each month’s Weeklies will come to your parish as they become available.
