Richard I. “Dick” Lyles is a business leader, author, and lifelong Catholic with a passion for helping others integrate faith and work. He has served as CEO of several companies, hosted The Catholic Business Hour on EWTN, and is a founding board member of Act One, an organization that equips Christians to serve in the entertainment industry.

Dick and his wife, Martha, are the co-authors of Answer Your Call: Reclaiming God's Purpose for Faith, Family, and Work.

Susan Fowler is an author, leadership consultant, and expert on motivation, self-leadership, and personal empowerment. She has spent decades researching and teaching leadership and has worked with organizations around the world. She is the co-author of Ascension’s Good Leaders, Good Shepherds and several other books on leadership and personal development.

Tim Flanagan is the founder of Catholic Leadership Institute, which he established to bring leadership formation and development to clergy and lay leaders throughout the Catholic Church. He is a longtime business and leadership professional and co-author of Good Leaders, Good Shepherds. In recognition of his service to the Church, Pope Francis named him a Knight of St. Sylvester in 2019.

Drea Zigarmi was an author, educator, and leadership expert whose work helped shape the field of leadership development for more than four decades. As one of the founding partners of Blanchard, he co-developed Situational Leadership® II, one of the world's most widely taught leadership models, and devoted his career to helping leaders foster trust, growth, and healthy organizations.

Drea co-authored several influential books on leadership and served for many years as a professor in the Master's in Executive Leadership program at the University of San Diego. He lived in Escondido, California, with his partner, Susan Fowler, and was the father of two daughters and grandfather of five.
