Paul Rose

Paul Rose is the founder and host of Sing the Hours, a ministry dedicated to helping Catholics pray the Liturgy of the Hours. Through his daily podcast and online community, he has guided thousands of people in praying the Divine Office and deepening their relationship with God through the Psalms.

A convert to Catholicism with a background in music and vocal performance, Paul launched Sing the Hours in 2020 to make the Church’s ancient prayer tradition more accessible to everyday Catholics. His passion is helping others discover the beauty of praying with the Church and entering more deeply into the life of Christ through daily prayer.
