Biblical Wisdom for Troubling Times is terrific and helpful

This program is thoughtful and very helpful as well to look at the pandemic and all its related sufferings and disruptions from the perspective of other periods of great challenge in the Bible. Jeff Cavins, Edward Sri, and Marcellino D'Ambrosio have once again created a beautiful program full of insight and biblical wisdom to help us learn and use as a model during this period of lockdown and restrictions and sorrow. I found the session on the Exile to be especially pertinent for so many of us who feel like we and our families are in Exile from our regular lives.

There is a lot of good advice on how individuals and families can use this extra time of being at home to create new spiritual practices that can be meaningful and help us grow during this time, and how we can learn to treasure even more our faith and its traditions.

I too wish I could buy a DVD version of this program, and hope that for those of us who purchased the online access, that we can have permanent online access to it, and not just for a year, because it is clear this pandemic is going to not end any time soon.
